Elias has worked in behavioral health for the past 10 years, starting as a Therapeutic Staff Support,
but quickly transitioned into Behavior Specialist and Mobile Therapy roles. Elias joined the company
in 2018 as the clinical consultant for the Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) program
and then transitioned into the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Clinical Director role in 2021.
This includes serving as Laurel Life’s Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) coordinator, ensuring to
provide Laurel Life staff access to ongoing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA ) trainings and CEUs.
Elias graduated from Cairn University’s dual-level degree program in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and a master’s degree in counseling. He then completed a second master’s degree in ABA from the University of Cincinnati in 2016, culminating in becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017.
Elias has worked extensively with children and their families, especially as it relates to the area of Autism. He believes in providing families the training and tools necessary to help their children be successful, regardless of pre-existing diagnoses or behaviors. Elias uses the principles of ABA to improve the life and livelihood of not only children but those around the children as well. Elias lives in Carlisle, PA with his loving wife and four children. In his spare time, he bakes bread and plays both video and board games.
