Brooke E. D. Say brings more than 20 years of legal and leadership experience serving school districts, intermediate units and educational contractors across central Pennsylvania.

Her practice encompasses general school law, board policies and procedures, student concerns, special and gifted education, student discipline, special investigations, civil rights matters, Title IX and compliance with Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know and Sunshine laws.

Brooke is also a highly sought-after speaker on education law, particularly matters involving special education.
